From sleigh rides to seasonal sashes to snowflakes that stay on your nose and eyelashes, winter brings a slew of your favorite things. Ring in the season in style with this Adventure: a holiday bar crawl through Baltimore including giveaways and an ugly sweater contest.
Throw on your most hideous jumper and head to DogWatch Tavern in Fells Point where our jolly team will be waiting. Check in starts at noon, so be sure to be on time—rumor has it, the first 200 to arrive get a surprise that will help put some kick into the crawl. Once we check in, it's time to pound the pavement. We'll head to the heart of Fell's Point where we'll have drink specials at a slew of the nabe's faves, including Alexander's Tavern, Blarney Stone Pub, JA Murphy's, One-Eyed Mike's, Leadbetter's, and Todd Conner's.
With all those spirits, we're going to need some good grub. Along with our discounted drinks, we'll have food specials at participating vendors, including Vikki's Fells Point Deli and Hungry Andy's, so we'll be able to get a taste of Baltimore as we make our way to each bar. Return to DogWatch Tavern by 8 p.m. in time to show off our terrible attire for the ugly sweater competition and stay to party away the rest of the night at either DogWatch or any of the other bars on our crawl. It's the perfect way to kick off the most wonderful time of the year.
