Now is the winter of discontent for fans of mountain sports—Olympic-level skiing, bobsledding, and luging are still two long years away. Why not pass the time with the mountain of fun that is this Adventure: six hours of night skiing and snow tubing, followed by a mountain after-party with food, drinks, and live music.

We'll meet at Sunburst Ski Area in Kewaskum, Wisconsin—a beautiful ski facility and winter sports park just two hours outside of Chicago, where our merry mountaineers will be waiting. (Those in need of transportation can choose the Saturday option and board a Windy City Limousine coach bus at 646 North Franklin Street in downtown Chicago.) When we arrive, we'll receive our skis (rentals are included), lift tickets, and tubes and head to the mountain to enjoy a night of skiing and exclusive access to Sunburst's 16-lane tubing hill for six hours of tearing it up under the lights. Those who are new on skis—or haven't been since, oh, seventh grade—can choose to take a beginner's lesson, as well.

Once we've taken our last turn, we'll hang up our rides and ready our tube-weary limbs for an epic after-party right there on the mountain. With fire pits (and s'mores, of course), a live DJ, one beer ticket, and hot chocolate, this top-notch soirée will be just the thing to slay our appetites—for food and fun. We'll dance the night away, mingle with our fellow Adventurers, and use our food voucher to munch on our choice of a burger, brat, veggie burger, pizza, pasta, nachos, chili, pretzel, or breadsticks.
