Sitting side by side on California Street, Cordon Bleu Vietnamese Restaurant and the indie Lumiere Theatre make for a great cheap date night. The seats at Lumiere aren't the most comfortable, but the theater shows some great films. And the food at Cordon Bleu isn't the highest quality, but it's tasty and the portions are huge.
