For just $25, you and an equally fussy analyst will each sample boards of five beers and two freshly-made pizzas (normally $64). Sip, swirl and pass judgement on brews including the Amazing Cervesa (an authentically brewed Mexican lager), the famous Pale Ale with its enticing citrus and passionfruit flavours, the Rye Mid-Strength (low in alcohol and carbohydrates, but still with a fantastic palate), and the low in bitterness Dark Saaz Lager; a big, rounded dark lager with rich and seamless malt flavours. These boutique beers all recently medalled at the prestigious Australian International Beer Awards - but did they deserve it? It's up to you to decide.
