Your martial arts skills leave you feeling about as intimidating as a Turner Field bat boy. Feel the strength of the Braves' mid-'90s line-up with a trio of ninja lessons through this Adventure: a day of learning capoeira, jiu jitsu, and muy Thai followed by an Asian noodle lunch.
We'll gather at Unit 2 Fitness where our team of high-flying stealth fighters will be on hand. After a brief session in safety tips, we'll break into groups of three and begin our official ninja training. With capoeira, the Unit 2 staff will spend 30 minutes demonstrating the Brazilian dance-based brand of fighting. The kicks and punches are stylized, rhythmic, and are quite welt-inducing—should we need to lay down the law. We'll then spend an hour getting our crash courses in jiu jitsu and the kickboxing-esq muy Thai.
With our hands and toes trained in subduing attackers, we'll give our tums an equally enticing introduction to primo eats from Aqua Bistro. Look forward to sesame chicken and vegetable lo mein, vegetable spring rolls, rice, and water during a picnic-style lunch. You'll be throwing martial arts curveballs no combatant could bat away.
