Wouldn't it be just plain sublime if you could sail off on a time machine back to a time when ska, punk, and reggae came together to make sweet music? Hop aboard this Adventure, 'cause we're floating back in time on a three-hour boat cruise starring the band Badfish, a Tribute to Sublime, who will play some righteous tunes as we take in the city sights with food and drinks, both available on board.
Head to 23rd Street and the East River, where our rockin' team will lead us aboard the Jewel, a beautiful 120-foot yacht with two full-service cash bars and two outdoor decks. There's no wrong way to explore it: With stunning views of the Statue of Liberty, the Chrysler Building, and the Brooklyn Bridge available at every angle, we'll have quite the background for the concert.
A seriously talented cover band that tours all over the country, Badfish will keep our ears charmed and our feet moving as they play Sublime's greatest hits (and lesser-known tracks), like Doin' Time, What I Got, and Santeria. When they're on break, a DJ will keep the grooves going. After three hours on the water, we'll head back to Gramercy to disembark. We may not be back in its heyday, but with some seriously awesome tunes strutting through our heads, we can at least feel like it—albeit without the oversized plaid shirts.
