The owner and staff are very helpful and friendly, and I like that this is for women only.

I have really enjoyed joining Curves - everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Tammy is brilliant and she has given me encouragement and excellent instruction.

Had a great experience yesterday at Curves in Oak Bay! My initial appointment was on time, and Christine's instruction was thorough, professional, and attentive. Other members were kind, and encouraging!

Friendly, well organized, clean and I particularly like the fact I can be in and out in half an hour having completed a thorough exercise program.

Sad that the one I joined is closing down on Dec 22 2015. Lack of membership. Very sad. I lost 5 inches and 6 pounds in 3 months. It's an effective concept. I hv to travel double the distance now to get to another Curves. So sad.
