Debbie Parsons has a degree in family and child development, and when she saw that her 7-year-old son's friends weren't comfortable and were unable to behave appropriately around an adult, she acquired a certificate in teaching etiquette from the American School of Protocol. She founded her San Jose establishment to help kids and adults of the Bay Area feel more confident in social and business situations.
