About the Chef
Chef Jake Kwan-Rosenbush got his start in the restaurant world in the front of the house, waiting tables at some of the city's most well-known restaurants. The exposure to these great kitchens sparked his interest in a culinary education, and he went on to study at a private French culinary school in San Francisco. Several successful restaurants later, he's built a reputation for delivering memorable takes on old favorites, putting a San Francisco spin on Southern-inspired eats.
