With rustic stone walls, candlelit tables, and cuisine that flavorfully blends elegance with farm-fresh simplicity, it's no wonder that reviewers say The Tree Room offers the "best fine dining in Utah:"
• $75 ($150 value) for a three-course prix-fixe dinner for two
• Share appetizers, entrées, and dessert that are "inventive and delicious"
• Menu boasts seasonal fare like roasted Tasman king salmon with lemon preserves
"One of the finest dining experiences this state has to offer" - City Weekly
Award-Winning Service, Superior Tastes
Sitting inside the Tree Room, it's tough to decide where to set your eyes -- between the gorgeous views of the Wasatch mountains out the window, Robert Redford's personal collection of Native American art lining the walls, and the impeccably crafted and artistically presented food on each plate, we'd say this romantic spot is a feast for all senses. The Tree Room has been delighting fine diners for nearly 20 years and holds a spot on the 2013 Diners' Choice list of the top 100 restaurants for "Best Service" -- in fact, we'd guess that the only list longer than this place's list of awards is probably its endless list of exquisite wines. Apart from its warm ambiance and passionate staff, this culinary getaway in Provo also offers five-star food: we'd recommend the seared sea scallops with black truffle-infused cauliflower purée, the endive salad with locally produced goat's cheese and heirloom tomato preserves, and the peppered steak with mango chutney.
This prix-fixe meal lets you and your date each start off with a fresh selection of seared ahi tuna; then, select a seasonal soup or a crisp salad. Next, each of you will order a steak, fish, or chicken entrée of your choice; finish your meal off with fresh berries accompanied by crème anglaise.
