Pound is a full-body cardio jam session, which combines light resistance with constant simulated drumming. The workout fuses cardio, Pilates, isometric movements, plyometrics and isometric poses into a 45-minute series.

Barremax™ is a progressive and effective no-impact, total-body workout rooted from the principals of Pilates, yoga, ballet, and dance. These 60-minute sessions will challenge and stretch every major muscle group within your body -- and help produce longer, leaner muscles.

The Facility
This popular locale staffs energetic owners LeAnna and Tom Sheehan, who have channeled their passion for self-improvement to provide patrons with a roster of 29 weekly lessons. Each hour-long session -- led by one of the Sheehan's exercise coaches -- incorporates controlled movements that help you slim down and enhance tone while working to build key components like strength, flexibility, and balance.
