What to Expect During Classes
You'll get your blood pumping with a 15-minute warm-up of stretching, jogging, calisthenics, and other exercises. When you're fully primed, hit the heavy bag for 30 minutes. Unleash a barrage of jabs, hooks, and uppercuts during three-minute rounds divided by one-minute rest periods. During the last 15 minutes, use exercise equipment and your body weight during strength training before cooling down.
