What to Expect
You'll begin chopping, dicing, and preparing all the needed ingredients. Then, an expert instructor will guide you as you make a chocolate bread pudding with mocha brandy sauce. You'll also learn how to make a roux four different ways, including a Cajun roux traditionally used in gumbo and a roux for shrimp Creole. Finally, you'll get to taste test your hard work and pair it with a glass of wine. Afterward, all the recipes will be emailed to you, so you can try them in your own kitchen for delicious New Orleans-style dinners to come.
