At this summer camp, competitive swimmers ages 8 to 18 have the opportunity to refine stroke technique and learn from Arcadia's head coach John Geissinger -- a 22-time All-American swimmer with an all-star coaching record:
• $175 ($325 value) for Arcadia University co-ed youth swim camp
• Camp runs from June 24 to 27 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day
• Campers will have morning and afternoon pool sessions and a daily lecture
Take Your Mark
With a focus on stroke improvement, this camp is designed to help young, competitive swimmers advance with plenty of personal attention. During pool training and drills, time will be spent working on starts, turns, and strokes in the wave-resistant Lenox Pool. Additionally, sessions will include dryland exercises and aerobic/anaerobic training. The daily lectures will round out swimmers' knowledge of strokes, nutrition, weight training, and the college recruiting process. Campers should bring all their gear, pack a lunch, and get psyched for this exciting opportunity to improve.
Don't Miss Out: Following purchase, please register your voucher before the first day of camp.
