What to Expect
In the first two weeks of the program you will learn all about CrossFit and the skills and techniques necessary for the sport of CrossFit. In the final two weeks you will be placed in a beginner course where you will be doing the same workout as the regular CrossFit class, but at a slower, more concentrated pace with lighter weights.
