Paddle Fit lets you exercise outside while also doing a bit of paddling -- a nice combination for working those muscles and also perfecting paddling technique. Check the schedule to see when classes are held.
Combine yoga, which is already pretty peaceful, with the gentle waves of the water, and you've got a pretty relaxing class. Instead of sitting in a studio, you'll be outside in the sunshine practicing your favorite poses and a little meditation. Paddleboarding yoga is also a great way to improve your balance and coordination.
