Opt for a classic Pilates class to help to sculpt the core by taking aim at the abs, thighs, and glutes with small, precise movements designed to tone the body. In barre cardio, you'll accompany fast-paced cardio routines with sessions at the ballet barre that use isometric exercises that help create long, lean muscles. PRPT classes combine Pilates and rotational movements with resistance bands to help stretch, tone, and elongate. If you go with TRX, you'll use your body weight for resistance and engage your core as you balance using specialized straps.
