The five-week Core fitness session includes four classes a week -- two Functional Intense Training (FIT) workouts, one yoga Flow class, and one Kaia Venture trail run/walk or power hour. Each session is different from the last and has a theme, so you have something to look forward to with each workout. Expect nutritional and wellness support, too. These sessions are held six times a year in February, March, June, July, October, and November.
The six-week BRIK boot camp session comes with five classes each week, one nutritional guide, a physical assessment, and a Kaia cookbook; a pro will also join you at the supermarket to teach you how to incorporate healthy foods into your diet. You'll have fun browsing new fitness clothing during an accompanied shopping trip to a sporting goods store; or, opt to learn new tips during a cooking class. FIT testing will allow you to track your progress. Finally, you'll attend a BRIK Awards Party at the end of the six weeks to celebrate your hard work. These sessions are held three times a year in January, May, and September.
