Therapists offer a variety of modalities to help improve blood circulation, alleviate muscle tension, and induce relaxation
What’s included in each 60, 90, and 120-minute session is hot towels or hot stones (but not both) along with deep tissue. Specific pressure points may be applied depending upon the amount of discomfort or ache the client may or may not have. Hand and or foot massages are always part of the appointment planning if the client feels comfortable with those areas of focus treatment.
Modalities of experiences are as follows: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports therapy Craniosacral, Upper Extremity Myokinesthestics, Muscle Energy Work, TMJ treatment, and Lymphatic Drainage and decompression work (which is) slowly pressing on the tissue to maximize the spread of the muscle without any pain or discomfort. We also have another option to choose from which is Stretch therapy that is totally different from ordinary massages. We encourage everyone who’s not accustomed to such a technique should experience for themselves and feel the benefit and extraordinary difference that Stretch therapy can give.
I have been a Therapist for over 10 years and a Certified Fitness Trainer and Group Specialist. I offer Swedish massage stretch and sports therapy treatment for active and not so active lifestyles. Stretch Therapy is a somewhat new phenomenon which people are taking notice to that many are considering a wonderful way of relaxing without worrying about modesty. It's a way to manipulate muscle without the usual discomfort and pain that would evolve in some massages and little or no lotion is involved. Nonetheless, it's very therapeutic and you will enjoy it. I'm looking forward to working and being part of your health fitness.
