With up to 22 other eager smokers, you'll discover the art of smoking meats. This class concentrates on using two different types of pellet smokers including a Traeger, Grilla, One Big Easy, One Big Green Egg, and propane gas grills. You'll smoke pulled pork, a pork tenderloin, a brisket, a chicken, a turkey, Buffalo wings, sweet potatoes, and stuffed peppers, and more -- even pizza for fun. Feel free to bring your own beverages, including wine and beer, and come check in 15 minutes before class starts.
