Age and life circumstances can take a toll on your skin, but, fortunately, today's technology allows us to make improvements. Diminish skin imperfections -- like scars, sun damage, fine lines, and more -- with help from master aesthetician Tracy Childs:
• $339 ($900 value) for 3 sessions of laser scar revision for a 2x4-inch area
• $339 ($900 value) for 3 IPL photofacials
• $339 ($1,350 value) for 3 non-ablative fractional laser skin resurfacing treatments
• $499 ($2,500 value) for 5 sessions of laser stretch mark treatment
Laser scar revision treatments use a combination of intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat redness and non-ablative fractional laser resurfacing to smooth irregular scar tissue with minimal discomfort and healing time. Examples include post-surgical, c-section, and scars caused by trauma or injury.
IPL photofacials use broad spectrum light to improve redness due to broken vessels, and skin discoloration from sun damage such as sun spots and freckles.
Non-ablative fractional laser skin resurfacing treatments consist of laser microbeams that create channels of treated skin surrounded by untreated skin. This treatment is used for treating fine lines, wrinkles, and acne scarring.
Laser stretch mark treatments target those bothersome lines caused by tears under the skin surface often from pregnancy or weight gain using non-ablative fractional skin resurfacing treatments. In some cases a combination of IPL and non-ablative fractional treatments will be used depending on the individual.
