Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel an order before your credit card is charged from the My Vouchers page. Once your credit card has been charged you can contact our Support Team to request a refund.
When can I use my deal?
We'll be sure to email you when the deal closes and your voucher is ready to use.
Can I get a refund for my order?
LivingSocial will provide a refund to your original method of payment if a request is made within seven days of Your purchase by clicking "Ask for a Refund" on your My Vouchers page at https://www.livingsocial.com/vouchers. After the seven days period, LivingSocial is happy to honor your request for a refund of the Paid Portion of any unredeemed Voucher by issuing Deal Bucks equivalent to the Paid Portion if your request is made at any time before the promotional period expires.

When will my voucher expire?
The promotional value of your voucher expires on the date specified on the voucher. The amount you paid for the voucher will expire five (5) years from the date the voucher is issued if the state or province where the merchant is located prohibits earlier termination. The amount you paid for your voucher will not expire in states and provinces where it is prohibited by law.
