I bought basic air vent and dry vent cleaning and they wanted to open a window to run a pipe through; this was not something I had to deal with when I used another company and they brought a large machine to the door which they probably could have used w/o going through the window. So I told them to skip it and do the dry vent cleaning. They spent about 5 minutes cleaning the dryer vent. It was not money well spent. Get a 20 or 30' dryer vent cleaning kit from Amazon and clean it yourself.
