Did not wear a mask. Picked up a phone call in the middle of it. No heat or steam for extractions. Only extracted from my forehead and nose (didn’t touch my chin or cheeks). Not relaxing- While I had a face mask on, I could hear her clicking on her phone and washed all the items she used right next to my head. Worst facial I’ve ever had.
