Two Weeks of Barbell-Focused Group Strength Training
This is a great option for individuals looking to join a fun, motivated and positive group with the goals of improving strength in the squat, bench press, and deadlift. Meets Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:30pm to 7:00pm with hands-on coaching for every workout from warm-up to cool-down. We also have options to train for Powerlifting competitions where we compete as a team with meet preparation and day-of competition coaching.

Evan is the owner of EMF Training Studio and is also a highly sought after strength, conditioning, and mobility coach. With a background in everything from distance running and Spartan races to powerlifting, track and field and the Highland Games, he has a variety of skills to meet the needs of his clients. He works with everyone from beginners to advanced trainees of all ages, but specializes in strength training and returning people to performance after injuries or time away from training.
