One Small Group Training Session
Five Small Group Personal Training Sessions
Three 30 Minute Private Training Sessions with a Nutrition Consultation
- Small group training sessions have up to 8 people and are 60 minutes long. The class is a resistance based class using a variety of machines, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, stability balls, bands, tubes, battle ropes and your own bodyweight.
- Private sessions are 30 minutes each and all the same equipment as the small group sessions is available for use. Allow 10-15 minutes on one session to complete the nutrition consultation.
- Water is provided.
