Fit to go is an absolute great boot camp! I recommend every single individual to attend to it if they want to be healthy and get in great shape!

One-hour classes are held Monday–Friday at 8 a.m., Monday–Thursday at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., and on Saturday at 9 a.m.

Since 2007, personal trainer Ron Jones has been helping his students achieve their fitness goals with boot-camp-style workout classes at his gym, Fit To Go. His custom cross-training program comprises a combination of targeted workouts using a range of equipment—including cardio machines, ropes, and kettlebells—to burn through calories and build muscle.
