I ordered it twice. Called to cancel the second order within 3 hours of placing the order. I had a terrible time getting to a human to explain my mistake and then was told that I couldn’t cancel it. I was told that I would have to return it after it arrived, which I did. That was my experience. I love the mat! I only wanted 2, not 4.
It's a very cute mat, but the thickness is not what it stated it would be in the dimensions given. But, overall, it will work for abt 6 weeks over the holiday season.
