First of all, I ordered the tablet on December 31st. I didn't receive it until the 22nd of January. The case, with the keyboard, doesn't fit. The tablet is too small for it. I like the tablet, just like anything new, I have to adjust to it. Help with the case/keyboard!
I ordered this item looking for a low-cost alternative to a Kindle for viewing PDFs and some light note-taking. After receiving the item, it was in fine condition (though not the color I ordered), and a bit of playing with it showed that a couple of problems were evident.
First, the tablet doesn't appear to have any internal memory at all. At least, I can't transfer any files to the tablet from my PC without an SD card inserted. This is somewhat annoying, but not a deal breaker.
Secondly, the included keyboard case is poorly matched to the tablet and doesn't actually secure the tablet at all. There are retainer brackets on the bottom and left apparently meant to work with the little elastic strap across the top right side to keep your tablet securely in place. Unfortunately, the tablet is too small for the case and the elastic doesn't actually touch the tablet - leaving it free to fall out to the right or top.
