The product never worked correctly. A call to the supposed manufacturer resulted in them telling me that they did not offer support for that particular product. I actually don't think it is current or even old ProForm product. Groupon was great in that after some insistence on my part after an initial decline they accepted the item back for full credit.
The ProForm Heart-Rate-Monitor is very difficult to sync with any app including its very own app. Once you finally get it to sync it will not send the information to the app. You will then have to re-sync it but that in its self is difficult to do. You must try numerous times just to get it to work.
