NOT heat resistant at all. Very disappointing. The most you can use them for it to take a pot off the stovetop quickly. Anything in the oven don’t attempt to use

They work for quick handeling of hot items.
But you will feel the heat if you hold for more than a few minutes.

fits easily, works great, and easy to use, had a mitt before and hated that I couldn't use all my fingers to move like these gloves.

They are rather big for my hands and the heat comes through when taking pan out of the oven .
