Visit was not great. She attempted to reschedule a few hours before my appointment and my facial that was supposed to be 45 mins lasted for 27. She said the allotted time posted on her website accounts for “the client getting undressed, walking from their car, and getting back dressed at the end” which is ridiculous. Have never heard of that. Won’t be back

The service was rushed and the woman was on her phone during the facial. She also waxed off a large chunk of the front of my eyebrow and left hairs in other obvious parts. I was hesitant to write this but am disappointed that I bought the deal for two facials instead of just one. I don’t want to go back.
