About Goju Training Center

The Goju Training Center is a martial-arts academy created by Sensei Kenneth Everett, the founder of Goju-Robics. Goju-Robics is a cardio-kickboxing class that fuses self-defense with dance moves and traditional aerobics, a workout designed to burn calories and fill participants with energy. In addition to Goju-Robics, Sensei Kenneth also offers a training camp, plyometric training, strength training, and Zumba classes, as well as karate sessions for kids and adults.
