Wonderful! Laurie was very kind and communicative. It was an extremely relaxing environment, I even took a picture of the grape seed oil cause it was so nice! Thank you, highly recommend.

The massage was very subpar..to start, it was extremely dry. She didn’t use any lotions, exfoliants, no aromatherapy. She used minimal unscented oil. Might as well have not used anything. There was very little technique involved. Just a lot of pushing and pulling. I have a very sore back and I honestly left in more pain than I came. Overall, was just not the massage for me.

If you get benefit from cranial sacral therapy and/or myofascial release, Laurie is the therapist for you. I felt the adhesions and constrictions breaking away. She is very skilled and her recent training shows she is informed on the latest techniques and modalities.
I am definitely going back!
Note on the space: it’s a lovely, relaxing ground floor space in SE Portland.

My work involves a balanced fusion of Swedish, Neuromuscular techniques, Myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy and intuitive nuance in the present moment of a session. Clients, particularly the highly sensitive empathic variety, regularly ask if I am incorporating Reiki into my practice because of the aforementioned ineffable nuances that form the crux of deep, intuitive body work and heart centered listening.
