About This Deal
Two hour-long sessions; We will have a session to discuss your goals and assess where you're currently at, and a second session to look at your nutrition.
Three hour-long sessions include the sessions mentioned above, plus one session to get into the gym and start moving toward your goals.
The nutrition sessions option will allow us to take a close look at your nutrition, and start to figure out an individualized game plan for you.
