I received a call on February 2, that my subscription was all set up ! I have not received a Sunday paper !!! I have called them every Sunday and once during the week and now on March 6, still no paper! I have never seen such incompetent big business!!! They have not even tried to reach out to me or even tried to have a paper delivered to my home during to the week! I don't want the money back, I just want the paper!! If I could give a no star I would.

I like the paper just fine, it was their inability to start delivery that irked me. It took nine days from the beginning of the subscription for them to finally start delivering.

These people at N&O absolutely SUCK. This has been my FOURTH attempt at getting reliable service. This is literally my 4th time cancelling with them. When you cancel their representatives will call your house NONSTOP asking you to restart your subscription. They will call multiple times a day, daily. They need to honestly just go out of business. Get their service at your own risk.
