While working in open kitchens, Mezeh's chefs spin the restaurant's fresh, all-natural ingredients into these healthy fast-casual meals.Customers first personalize their order by selecting a base and a protein, such as a flatbread wrap stuffed with chicken shawarma or just-cooked basmati rice crowned with hand-rolled falafel. They then choose from numerous toppings, which range from hummus and couscous to tabbouleh and eggplant caponata, then finally select a sauce.
