Do not use this company. Sent my tapes in February 2022 website says 6 to 8 weeks. It's May have not received the items back or got any updates.

My first complaint is having to buy a device to get the pictures on. The money you pay for 1,000 photos, for example, is for them to scan them but you have to pay an additional 90 to get a USB so you have a way to view the pictures. It's the same price for a year of access to view online or disks (price is less if you got less photos).
Then what made me the most furious was that I would get probably at least 2 emails a week about the specials they were having while they did NOTHING with what I sent them. My photos sat there for 2 months before they ever started getting scanned. I don't know why they are trying to get more business with their sales when they can't get to the work they have for over 2 months. I think if I had not emailed them to explain my frustration at the 8-9 week mark I would still be waiting.
I am happy with the quality but will tell everyone NOT to use it because of the reasons listed above.

I have purchased this deal in the past. The prior deal included all of the related charges. The fine print says you have to pay shipping. However, it does not specify you must purchase a media device for Legacy to place the converted videos.

I purchased the legacy 20 media box. I input the Living Social code in the Legacy checkout and there was $10 price difference, which I had to pay in order to checkout.
