The prices are good, putting the book together was easy. There are a few inconvenient things about the process (like the chat button being right next to the arrow to turn the page....too easy to hit the wrong button), but mostly easy. The quality of the printing is good (color, clarity), but even after proofing my book before printing some of the borders at the bottom were cut off. There was no "scissor" warning, the machine was just a little off. All in all a good book for the money.
