It was not a good enough massage and I was made to pay extra even though it was a full-inclusive deal

This place is super un-spa like. The ladies who run the place are not very nice and beg for tips even though they don't deserve any. The massage was not even a massage, she was just slapping my back. I DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE. Will not be back.

The facial was so so but the massage was deep tissue and expertly done. Friendly and efficient. Nice!

this seems like a scam. i have no idea how it has over 700 ratings averaging 4/5 - i should have trusted google reviews. I feel bad rating this bc the women seem nice but they have no idea what they are doing. It’s not a massage, it’s an awkward body rub (like friction with her fists), and the facial has no scrub and did not feel much like a massage. she slathers cream/lotion on your face and there is a massage attempt but it is not like any other place I’ve been, then she wipes it off with a warm towel and repeats… I think the cream is Lubriderm… did not seem like a very nice product. I’m sorry if this is a struggling business but it’s just not professional.

The message and facial was good. The owner was late to show up to the premises. I told her that was thoughtless and rude.

About Shangri-La Body Care

Shangri-La Body Care's aestheticians analyze skin before tackling problems such as fine lines, acne, dryness, and uneven tone with 1 of roughly 15 skincare treatments. The caviar firming treatment is a good choice for those seeking an antidote to signs of aging such as wrinkles and sagging skin; the vitamin C facial, meanwhile, helps make skin look luminous and benefits clients of all ages. Then there's the purified seaweed facial, which draws out toxins, and the diamond microdermabrasion facial, which gently removes the topmost layer of skin, helping products better penetrate.

Anna, the owner of Shangri-La, may be a facial expert, but she also performs soothing massages and offers body wraps that make clients look instantly slimmer, much like finally taking off your Hazmat suit after a long commute on the train.
