Upsold for spot treatment. Left too much water in the carpet. Carpet was not clean. I used a white dry towel on the damp carpet dirt and it came up.

I never used this coupon. However, the company shows as me using it. That's pretty rotten to do to anyone, but especially an old man on a fixed income. Had there been a negative star, I would have rated it a negative ☆☆☆☆☆
