I scheduled 4 appointments with her. 3 were cancelled/rescheduled and the 4th appt (but technically my first) she did a no show. She did not answer my calls when I told her I’m at the locations and never texted/called back. Her number is now going straight to voicemail and texts don’t say it’s been delivered. Very sketchy and shady, no Yelp, no actual location since she’s located in a hair salon.

Doesn’t respond, she rescheduled on me twice, both times on the day of my appointment. Said she would refund me but still haven’t gotten any thing. Very disappointing. It’s been over 3 weeks without a response.

Mimi was so nice and helpful. I really liked that she explained each step of the process and why it was being done. Also, already seeing results after 2 days! So excited for my next appointment.
