Overall, the laser treatment was fine but I found the tech a bit too aggressive about how she gives instructions. I’ve had multiple laser sessions elsewhere and have sensory challenges, which I communicated but she “needed” to continue talking at me even after telling her it was overwhelming. I’m also not sure about the way they measure square inches, I ended up paying twice what I was quoted elsewhere and $140 more than the original groupon… Because the square inches were apparently more than what I originally paid for… They measure the thickest areas as sq area, not the actual area of the tattoo. They were also challenging to get ahold of to book the actual appt, I left a couple of messages specifying windows of time to call me back and twice called me back outside of those windows. A bit annoying. I went ahead with it, but I doubt I’d go back.

Great service, Leyla was friendly and informative. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I wish they offered a service or deal for smaller treatment areas. I see other clinics offering tattoo removal deals for up to 4-5 sq inches as the smallest sizes so I will likely continue my treatments elsewhere where the cost is better for the small area I am having treated (its 1in x 0.5in)
