Introductory Experience
In this 90 minute session we invite you into our studio to feel the vibes of our space and to absorb what our studio has to offer. You will meet one of our instructors who will share our method and approach with you, guide you through a sensual warm-up and teach you some basic movement and a spin as well as give you a dance demonstration.
Beginner Series
Over six weeks, this class covers the basics of pole momentum and sensual movement and provides a lot of one-on-one instruction. In these classes students can build relationships within our supportive community of empowerment and authenticity as they also start to embrace their own innate connection to the divine feminine. Each week students will learn new pole material and portions of our choreographed Beginner routine.
Pole Party for up to 10
Pole parties are a great way to celebrate; whether it's a girls night out, a bachelorette party, or you are just looking for some fun! Pole parties are customizable to meet the specific needs of your group. Parties can include pole spins/moves, lap dance, sensual routines, or fitness-focused movement to suit the event.
