This includes any accidents or loss to any person or property resulting from or in any way connected to the attendance of the attractions, the conditions or the use of premises covered by use of this ticket or by any means of ingress or egress there from entry onto the grounds, into the facility, and/or use of an admission ticket constitutes your consent and agreement with this waiver of liability • Customers must recognize the elements of risk activities of this nature and voluntarily enter the grounds, facility, haunted house, and attractions at their own risk • Commercial photography and filming activities are conducted at City of the Dead Haunted House.
