behind the scenes

Based on the 2003 film starring Will Ferrell, the story follows Buddy, a human orphan mistakenly raised among elves at Santa's workshop. Once Buddy discovers that he (literally) doesn't fit in with his tiny brethren, he heads for Manhattan with nothing but a smile and strong sense of naiveté -- the surprisingly perfect accoutrements to help him survive the big city.

With a stellar creative team that includes Tony-winning director from The Book of Mormon (Casey Nicholaw, director/choreographer), as well as Tony nominees from The Wedding Singer (Matthew Sklar, music; Chad Beguelin, lyrics), The Producers (Thomas Meehan, book), and many more Broadway hits, Elf The Musical is an undeniable standout this holiday season.
