Author of several cookbooks, this stellar cooking instructor will take you through the steps to making a healthy Thai meal using traditional ingredients, like peanuts, curries, and coconut (to name a few). Saddle up to your shared cooking station for a lesson in how to make hot-and-sour shrimp and lemongrass soup, Chiang Mai curry noodles (a traditional dish of egg noodles with red curry and chicken), aromatic panang curry with meatballs, and for dessert, the popular dish of bananas simmered in coconut milk.
