Join a grand tasting event at Centennial Hall at Fair Park on Wednesday, May 7 when you attend, Whole Foods Presents the Dallas Observer Iron Fork. This isn't your typical food festival -- during this event, top top area chefs will battle it out in the Chef Challenge at center stage. Each chef will receive a basket of ingredients, which includes a mystery ingredient, and will compete to win the coveted Iron Fork award, as judged by local restaurateur Kent Rathbun. When you're not glued to this competition, enjoy tastings from local restaurants; live music; and wine, beer, and cocktail samplings. And feel great knowing a portion of the proceeds benefit the March of Dimes.
