It does what it claims - mostly. I'm up to two pills a day right now, and it's giving me a nice boost of energy and definitely helping me perform better in my workouts. I think I will have to drop my morning coffee down to just one cup, as I got jittery and had an upset stomach on my second cup today. According to the package label I'm supposed to be up to four pills by the end of the week...I'm a little concerned that might be TOO much energy but we'll see. One thing I did notice was that it had the opposite affect on my appetite. I can literally feel how fast my metabolism is going, and I have been hungry for about 48 hours straight. Since my tummy is also a little off though I haven't been eating, so I guess from that perspective it's also working on that front.
To sum up, I'm guessing it will work, and help me to drop the few pounds I want to shed, but it's not exactly a pleasant experience.
