I love it, it works great for pet hair on wood floors and carpet!!!

Performing better than my 1st Neato (which I purchased new). Showing lots of power and energy. I am hopeful this will last longer than 2 years.

Have only had it for about 4 hours. Took me a bit to figure it out as the instructions were a little lacking. It charged up rather quick so I set it off to work and in an hour and 15 minutes it had cleaned about 2,200 sq ft., going over thresholds, area rugs and scatter rugs like it was nothing. We have three dogs that shed like yeti's and like to leave their dry kibble laying around. This vacuum did a great job AND picked up the kibble that the Bissell upright just spits out the back. Unless this thing dies on us prematurely we are satisfied.

wonderful item!! cleans great and even gets the corners. Love it.

I bought 2 for gifts. They are being used every day.
